Hello OMS3 Team!

That Initial watching of the game was so near the truth. It's UNBELIEVABLE.

Fortunately I used to be one of those people who flirted with almost all of them and I still do to a certain extent.

But after going full circle and managing to put a few pieces of the puzzle and in the process unsubscribing to many “gurus” newsletters now I am a little more sane and a lot more focused.

After making a decision on what part of the internet marketing I wanted to be part of, I am investing in making sure that I learn everything I can about it and putting it into practice.

The Keyword Companion that I bought a few months ago now is really becoming one of my most powerful pieces of software, especially now that I am using at least 25% of its secrets.

So I am looking forward to the rest of the “Game Plan” to see if you guys, and I’m sure you will, come up with to really help me take the business to the next level.

\'Plan and strategize before moving forward\'

Since joining oms3's coaching program, I've started to PLAN AND STRATEGIZE BEFORE MOVING FORWARD. I've always, till now, just "dived in" and earned money. Michael Gerber calls it the "technician" roll.

Yes, I agree... since starting my business (almost 3 years) I've been stuck in the roll of the "technician" (unbeknown to myself, sadly).

Since reading the E-Myth (two months ago), and joining the coaching program, it's become evidently CLEAR WHY my income has been stuck in the mud.

With oms3's help, and my new found "knowledge" I plan to outsource the "technician" rolls and focus on being a business owner, strategizer, and entrepreneur.

Well where to Start? Learning from you has been a "mind boggling" experience. The information that you give freely to your customers, be it audio interviews or tele-seminars with marketing experts puts your customer service skills at a "10 ".

YOUR SKILL AS A TRAINER AND A COACH ARE SECOND TO NONE. The training sessions are very clear and understandable. I especially like the downloadable MP files and PDFs that you make available after each call.

To sum up my feelings toward you as a coach, trainer and speaker, I have decided that you have the "dubious honor" of being my mentor from now on. Learning from you for the past three months has clearly proven that you are not in this "just for you".

You really do care about others and that makes you a truly a unique individual in the marketing information circle. I look forward to a long long relationship with you guys.

You are an excellent speaker and teacher, although you cover a lot of ground really fast sometimes and it's hard to fully grasp some of the larger concepts.

I like that you are open to questions and that you have more staying power than we do sometimes (i.e. WE RUN OUT OF QUESTIONS AND YOU ARE READY FOR MORE) I think one of the reasons we run out of questions, though, is that we are stunned into silence.

The infomation is great but for me at least, sometimes it's hard to take it all in and digest it well enough to form a question. Also, you have something of a "mystery" style of presenting in that I'm often not sure how one piece will fit into the other pieces or the next piece until maybe the next call or the next.

Or even not yet. I look forward to the calls and take away huge amounts of valuable information. You seem to be willing to "give it all up," which I appreciate.

Your style of interviewing other people is engaging, natural and clear. You always bring enthusiasm to the subject.

Because I am not clear about my own vision and my own business or how I will create and structure it, I'm a sponge for the unfolding information but a bit dazed as to where to begin for myself.

Your business model is huge. Your mindmaps are huge. At the moment the whole of it is larger than life--well, my life at the moment.

So if there is any place that I would say could use something more from you (not that all the above is not enough!) would be in the area of basic beginning application of the information I'm getting.

It's hard to develop a business plan or systems without more clarity in that area. What you are teaching is golden and I think your openness, availability, personalness and genuineness make you a particularly excellent mentor.

You are direct and opinionated... but your opinions are normally backed by experience and have depth...

YOU COME ACROSS AS AN EXPERT... and you give good examples.... and help people to bridge the gap of learning to actually understanding....

And the actually having 'enough information' to actually go do it themselves... And if they have a question.. there are ways to get those answered... quickly..

When there are breakdown in communications etc.. you are very open and I have never picked up on you becoming defensive... and thus creating an open environment where people feel free to ask you a question...

Have a plan, stay focused, have fun working on your site, decided which way you want to take it, who you want to work along with, and just do it.

Since I have a book coming out early next year, joint ventures are a good start for me.

Taking that first step, maybe the hardest, but the next billion steps are a joy.

The Codename: CATALYST email was one of the best emails I ever responded to. I usually delete most of the emails, but not this one.  There was something special about it.
 
Harris is one of the good guys, because he is straight-forward.  I like people who are straight-forward.  This is another reason why I joined Codename: CATALYST.
 
I did not know how to do a lot of things about the internet. Heard the words, but did not know what they were and how to use them.  As the weeks went on I learned about the website. 

How to put one together and what the components are in doing so.  How to put the sound on, what companies are good or not good.  How to do a teleseminar, who to call in my field, have fun doing it. (My site is being set-up.)
 
All that I have learned will benefit people, I have a book coming out early next year, and all that I have learned about the internet will only help me get the word out to the world and help other people achieve their dreams.
