Before his foray into the Internet Marketing and online business world, Richard spent 15 years specializing in the world of Direct Response Marketing working primarily with Auto Giants and Mortgage Companies. His formidable experience in the direct marketing world served him well when he started exploring Internet Marketing. While the differences between the two mediums was fascinating, Richard found that the basic principles of marketing in the offline world held equally true online – the Customer is always king.

As owner of several million-dollar companies employing more than 200 people, Richard certainly has lots to be proud of and could easily rest on his laurels. But what makes Richard so vibrant is his refusal to accept the status quo. His constant search for a better way to market businesses and to deliver what the customer wants. Richard is at heart a strategic business developer, a trainer extraordinaire and a loving husband and father.

A risqué beginning 6 years ago as an affiliate beyond compare in the cut throat online Gambling and Pharmaceutical Industries, Nick co-founded OMS3 looking for something more long term. A web marketing expert Nick is the best in the field.

Nick started early in the mid 90s as a young man; sitting in university classes always tinkering with Hotbot / Altavista, learning how they ranked a page, and the amount of visitors that he could lure to his page on 'football'. Ever since Nick has been chasing the question “How can I get more visitors?” The solutions he has come up include some classic techniques, some clever cloak and dagger stuff and some that are simply bizarre. The one thing they have in common is that they are all effective in driving more traffic than ever to his websites.

Nick’s biggest asset is his ability to think out of the box in terms of traffic generation, getting traffic in search engines and creating software to automate traffic problems.
